Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tekswing. We strive to deliver high-quality software solutions and provide a fair refund policy for our products and services.
1. Custom Development Services
For custom software, web, and mobile development projects:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable once the deliverable has been approved
- If a project is cancelled before completion, you will only be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Deposits and advance payments may be partially refundable depending on work already performed
2. SaaS Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds may be considered for charges within the last 14 days in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods after renewal
- You may cancel at any time from your account to prevent future charges
3. Free Trials
If a product offers a free trial, no charges are incurred during the trial period. Upgrading to a paid plan begins billing immediately.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@tekswing.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email or project reference
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Charges older than 14 days
- Completed and approved project milestones
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We're happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
